Last year I posted the launch of the pilot program for online ticketing of entrance fees to select sites in Greece. The project continues to be a success, and the offering has been expanded. Visitors can purchase museum and archaeological site admission tickets in advance, avoiding the long lines during the hot summer months.

There are many resellers, but the official portal is etickets.tap.gr.
Online tickets are available for select venues. In Athens: Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Roman Agora, Kerameikos, Hadrian’s Library, Temple of Olympian Zeus (Olympeion). In Crete: Knossos, Heraklion Archaeological Museum. In the Peloponnese: Messene archaeological site and Museum. This project has been financed by the National Bank of Greece and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
