Healthy Seas project on Ithaka

On World Oceans Day 2021, Healthy Seas with a team of 45, removed a whopping 76 tons of debris from the Ionian Sea and coastline surrounding the island of Ithaka. The project included the cleanup of four beaches, one completely covered with foam beads that had accumulated over the years from the floats at nearby fish farms. Read the full story here
